The Rural Caucus will gather research and/or share policy papers with all members of the Rural Caucus to assist them in better representing their districts. Analyses are provided so Rural Caucus members can know the impacts of legislation and regulation to rural California. The policy papers provide recommendations for action by Rural Caucus members.
